Can I track the delivery of my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order is on its way; simply follow the tracking link in this email to view the up-to-date tracking.
If your items are coming from multiple warehouses, they'll all have the same order number. However, bear in mind that tracking numbers and delivery times may differ depending on where your items have been shipped from. You'll see an individual tracking link for each parcel and can access this in 'My Orders'.
EVS Market cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
How long will it take to get my package?
We offer standard delivery on our site, most in-stock items will arrive 5-16 business days after receipt of your order.
Estimated delivery date will be noted on the product's page and at Checkout. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer Standard & Express shipping delivery services to most European countries. You'll see a shipping range specific to your destination in Checkout. Most of our delivery service are trackable. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order has left the warehouse.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
Any any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
We've no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
How do I return something to you from Europe?
You'll need to create a return through your Account. Find out how online returns work here.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund.
Create a Return
1. We’ll need to know the item you’re returning and the reason you’re returning it to us.
2. Your return label will be emailed to you - simply print it out and attach it to the front of your parcel.
3. Take it to your local Post Office.
Keep hold of your proof of postage in case we need to see it at a later date. If your local postal service doesn't offer proof of postage and you've created your returns label online, you can track your return using the tracking number generated by our returns portal.
If you're looking to return items from multiple orders, you'll need to send these back separately and create a returns label for each
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoe box. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you.
